Navion Senior Solutions is in search of a dedicated Life Enrichment Director to oversee our vibrant Daily Life Enrichment program tailored for Assisted Living residents. This role is crucial in fostering a lively and engaging environment that enhances the quality of life for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage a variety of volunteer-driven activities and programs that enhance resident well-being.
- Work collaboratively with department leaders and the Executive Director to cultivate partnerships with local educational institutions, businesses, and community organizations to build a robust network of volunteers and resources.
- Create and maintain a dynamic calendar of events that offers diverse experiences for residents and their families.
- Oversee budget preparation and monitor financial performance to achieve revenue and expenditure goals.
- Lead recruitment, training, and retention efforts to build a high-performing team dedicated to quality programming.
Qualifications
- Preferred experience in a similar role.
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience, ideally within a senior living context.
- High school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and guide volunteers and team members in delivering exceptional activity programming.
- Maintain all necessary state certifications or licenses.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to resident care and services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and capable of learning new software applications.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends to accommodate the needs of residents and staff.
