The American Institutes for Research is seeking a highly skilled Research Assistant to join our Health team in the Health Payer Innovation, Transformation, and Support (HITS) Program. As a Research Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of large-scale payment transformation and healthcare insurance coverage projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of research studies and projects related to healthcare policy and payment reform.
- Conduct literature reviews and analyze data to inform project deliverables.
- Assist in the development of reports, briefs, and other written products.
- Support the coordination of project activities, including meetings and conference calls.
- Collaborate with research teams to advance evidence-based solutions in healthcare.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health policy, public health, public policy, or a related field.
- Experience with data analysis and research methods.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
