Job Description:
A small business is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team in White Plains. This is an on-site role reporting into the office five days per week. This role will consist of the following responsibilities:
· Billing project work (AR)
· Paying expenses (AP)
· Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts, and other financial dealings of company
· Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly, and yearly)
· Monitor accounts payable and receivable
· Ensure timely processing of payroll with an outside company
· Some editing of proposals.
· Deposit 401kcontributions, perform annual census, interface with the administrator.
· Payment of 1/4ly taxes and other tasks requiring interfacing with our CPA.
· Manage standard required insurance policies: BOPS, TASC, health, professional E&O, vision and dental
