Key Responsibilities:
- Launch and manage annual Pension Pro Year-end Data Request projects
- Assist clients in obtaining census data and asset data, then download and print valuations for account managers to complete
- Follow up on census and asset data
- Prepare Form 5500 for account managers to review
- Invite clients to electronically sign 5500 forms
- Post valuation reports on Pension Pro
- Provide support on various projects as needed
- Prepare and process 70 1/2 (RMD's) distributions
- Prepare 1099r forms for brokerage accounts
- Deposit rollover checks and follow up on pending monies on Nationwide suspense report
- Handle daily phone calls and emails from participants
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- College degree preferred
- 1-3 years of work experience preferred
- Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications/software
- Excellent math skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide high levels of service to clients
