Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Systems Engineer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Desktop Management specifically with MAC Windows and SCCM. Experience in Multi Channel domain is mandatory. The role involves managing and optimizing desktop environments to ensure seamless operations and user satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize desktop environments for MAC and Windows systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee the deployment configuration and maintenance of SCCM to streamline desktop management processes.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop-related issues to minimize downtime and enhance user productivity.
  • Implement security protocols and updates to safeguard desktop environments from potential threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate desktop management solutions with other IT systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for desktop management procedures and best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
  • Lead initiatives to improve desktop management processes and enhance overall system performance.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they are proficient in using desktop systems and tools.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and optimal performance of desktop environments.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in desktop management technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to the company purpose by ensuring efficient and secure desktop environments there by enhancing overall productivity and user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Possess strong technical skills in Desktop Management for MAC and Windows systems.
  • Demonstrate expertise in deploying configuring and maintaining SCCM.
  • Have experience in the Multi Channel domain to effectively manage and optimize desktop environments.
  • Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving desktop-related issues.
  • Exhibit knowledge of security protocols and best practices for desktop management.
  • Display excellent documents.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 7/22/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $50,000 to $59,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
