Job Description

Join our Corporate vertical as a Executive Assistant to make a real impact every day. We say that because we know that every conversation we have, every code line we write and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers' experiences.

As a member of the People Team, you will report to the Executive Assistant of the CEO while providing direct support to three executives, the Chief Technology Officer, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Revenue Officer of Fitness & Wellbeing. You'll be part of a broader, global team, with the People Department, getting to work with people in different time zones and countries.

Some of the other responsibilities include:

  • Handling details accurately and efficiently, within a dynamic organizational environment
  • Taking the initiative, showing attention to detail and always being well-organized
  • Collaborating well with people at all levels, so you can build great working relationships with all of your global stakeholders
  • Independently managing multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines
  • Organizing and maintaining administrative processes, calendaring, and scheduling

As a team, we hold ourselves to high standards and so we're looking for someone who has a similar outlook, with a steadfast commitment to service excellence and a desire to align and deliver on the organization's goals and mission, alongside adept gatekeeping skills.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

  • Calendar & Time Management:
    • Schedule internal and external meetings, customer/vendor meetings, offsite meetings, and all-hands
    • Schedule meetings around travel (domestic/international)
    • Notify executive(s) of pertinent issues and correspondence, assisting in the delegation and prioritization of tasks
  • Submit, track, and handle expenses to ensure all payments are made within a timely matter
  • Effectively coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and logistics

May be considered for a discretionary bonus

  • Proficiency in office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office Suite

  • Possesses a high level of personal integrity and uses discretion to maintain confidentiality
