Assist with building and representing a diverse team in creating, designing, and implementing agreements and arrangements, including mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and performance standards.
Inspire, motivate, and develop a high-energy team to excel through transition and change.Basic Qualifications:
12+ years of experience with leadership, including leading cross-functional teams in at least one area of acquisition, engineering, analytics, and consulting10+ years of experience individually leading teams of successful people in capture and proposal management activitiesExperience maintaining relationships with key decision makers and other leaders from Army TRADOC and its subordinate Project OfficesExperience managing capture and execution of business pipelinesExperience with program management of active contracts and opportunitiesExperience with Training Aides, Devices, Simulations and Simulators (TADSS) implementation and use across Live, Virtual, Constructive and Gaming (LVC-G) and multi-echelon training environmentsSecret clearanceBachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $139,400.00 to $259, annualized USD).The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
