What you'll do

  • Manage accounting and revenue recognition processes for direct-to-consumer sales generated from Ubisoft's digital marketplace.
  • Perform reconciliation between sales ledger, 3rd party statements, mediative ERP layer, and subsequent payments for monthly eCommerce transactions.
  • Collaborate with sales, IT, and tax teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of eCommerce related entries.
  • Develop and provide accounting and revenue recognition guidelines to business teams for new product launches and various projects for eCommerce business.
  • Preparation and analysis of monthly retail dilutions accruals and actuals activity.
  • Collaborate with Finance, GL and Account Payable teams in the generation and maintenance of Intercompany rebills for North America region to related affiliates and be responsible for intercompany balance reconciliation and reporting.
  • Participate in monthly balance sheet and P&L variation analysis for revenue-related accounts.
  • Ongoing maintenance of inventory reconciliation and inventory reserve, including quarterly review of gross margin for Americas entities.
  • Perform and participate in ad-hoc revenue accounting related projects on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications

What you'll bring

  • Hands-on accounts receivable and/or revenue operations accounting experience.
  • Excellent command with Excel and manipulating large data sets is a must.
  • Prior experience with business intelligence software and ERP systems (Oracle is a +)
  • Strong quantitative analysis skillset, with the ability to read, analyze, interpret, and explain complex financial data.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

The San Francisco base salary range for this position is $75K to 100K USD. The base pay offered may vary based on a candidate's geographic region, qualifications, skills and experience among other factors. Compensation details reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, stock options, or benefits.
