  • Collaborate with payroll operations and external vendors to stabilize payroll systems.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of payroll files and ensure robust internal controls.
  • Perform variance analyses on payroll expenses to identify inconsistencies.
  • Assist in the monthly close process, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
