As a Senior Administrative Assistant in Consumer & Community Banking, you will need to work well in a team environment, be able to represent the manager/group with professional courtesy and acumen, and deliver flawless work output. Your daily routine also includes interaction with various executive level internal clients across the lines of businesses. You will need to adapt procedures, processes and techniques to complete assignments in line with the department's activities and goals.
Job responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet affluent and/or high net worth clients and guests in a warm, professional, and elegant manner
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings for clients and executives
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area that reflects the high standards of our organization
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as mail sorting, coordinating courier services, and managing office supplies
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Anticipate and cater to the needs of affluent and/or high net worth clients to ensure a seamless and personalized experience

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Previous experience as a receptionist in a high-end or luxury environment is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with affluent and/or high net worth clients and executives
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and experience with office equipment
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and customer service best practices
  • Strong presence and elegant demeanor to effectively engage with our affluent and/or high net worth client base

Note: This role requires five days in the office (Mon-Fri) and will not support Hybrid options.
