The Senior PPM is responsible for liaising with the clients, printers and internal team providing internal instruction to modify artwork so that the final print will meet (as close as possible) the original design intent, across multiple packaging types and print processes.

What you'll be doing:

Train and support new and existing members of the PPM team.

Leading PPM meetings & internal production meetings.

Assigning resources within PPM team.

Able to identify technical solution to expand sales.

Leading external communications with other Trident sides.

Able to perform internal/external investigation and subsequent reporting.

Identifying any improvement to process and ensuring documentations is updated.

Follow all Standard Working Practices (SWP)

Assess new designs, liaising with the client, printer and tooling supplier to agree artwork changes/separation approach, based on the chosen print process.

Provide Art workers with technical instructions on artwork separation

Support and develop Art workers to apply reprographics/colour separation with minimum PPM input

Specify tooling requirements (where required)

Maintain client brand targets and colour standards

Maintain printer specification records (in ZEN), and printer qualification

Maintain PPM technical records

Perform data checks as required.

Provide post-print analysis (both measured and visual)

Work in conjunction with all other areas of the business to ensure that artwork is generated in the most effective and timely manner possible.

Looks for ways to improve work processes and procedures `and where possible identify solutions

Identify and raise issues effectively with relevant team members and Process Managers when necessary.

The ability to support and develop others

Promote best practice and foster an environment for continuous improvement

Is able to work in a flexible and dynamic work environment, working towards fast moving deadlines

Competent user of: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Outlook, Word, Excel, bespoke Trident systems and if necessary other Artwork software packages such as InDesign

Has the desire to upskill and takes responsibility for self-development.

Open to constructive feedback for self-improvement

Compensation:

The annual base salary range for this role is from $80,320 to $90,360.

If applicable...An annual bonus is awarded to eligible employees upon attaining various business and individual goals as defined by the Company and the department leader. This annual bonus is discretionary, and the Company has sole discretion to determine the amount of the award.
