Our Opportunity:

Here at Chewy, we are looking for a customer-centric Senior Studio Analytics Manager to partner with our leaders across Marketing This role is essential in building the analytic framework to measure key Marketing activities from planning through creative execution. The data gleaned will fuel insight to achieve key initiatives to optimize efficiencies in the marketing lifecycle, optimize spending, and prioritize programs and campaigns

What You'll Do:

Collaboration with Studio and Marketing leadership to develop an analytics framework to measure critical metrics across Studio and Marketing end-2-end (E2E) initiatives.Key contributor to Monthly and Quarterly business reviews.Transform manual data collection mechanisms into visual dashboards and data reporting tools that reduce error rates and raise visibility.Establish daily dashboards for leaders to supervise the health of their accountable important metrics.Partner with data collection system owners and provide substantial analysis that influences key business decisions for Senior Leaders through data visualization.Provide investigative analysis on critical metrics including Marketing planning and prioritization, GTM breakthroughs, execution capacity forecasting, and volume.Partner with finance to resolve ongoing evaluation mechanisms to reduce and deter costs across Marketing.Explore opportunities to use technology to automate and remove manual inputs across the Marketing E2E lifecycle.Find opportunities to gain efficiency and remove friction points through analysis of workflows.Partner in developing a learning agenda and test plans to further improve continuous improvement.Work cross-functionally with Finance, Technical Operations, Marketing Data Science, and the Analytics team on the sophisticated analytics/model development needs of Marketing Operations.

What You'll Need:

A passion and track record for customer-centric marketing.5+ years of production/marketing/customer analytics.Bachelor's degree, Masters a plus.Ability to interpret and identify insights through data.Customer-first approach in how you partner with internal team members at all levels.Understanding of Customer Data and CRM platforms.Deep understanding of site analytics, and experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.High level of proficiency in working with Excel.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate information that influences data-driven business decisions to Creative-focused leaders.Operates independently and efficiently to lead multiple projects and timelines simultaneously and efficiently, without sacrificing attention to detail.Demonstrates a natural curiosity around consumer behavior and business impact.

BONUS

Experience and/or understanding of Work Front, Cross Cap, and Creative Force or similar Project and Production Management Software a plus. SQL, Snowflake, data warehouse management. Knowledge is not required but a bonus.
