As a Project Manager, you will oversee high-end corporate office fit-outs and manage projects ranging from $1M to $20M+. You'll coordinate with various teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description

  • Project Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
    • Coordinate and oversee all phases of the project, from initiation to completion.
  • Team Coordination and Leadership:
    • Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and consultants, to ensure all parties are aligned and working towards common goals.
    • Facilitate regular team meetings to track progress and address any issues or roadblocks.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Communicate project updates, progress, and changes to all stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
  • Quality Assurance and Risk Management:
    • Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and meeting minutes.
    • Provide regular status reports to senior management, highlighting project milestones, financial performance, and any issues requiring attention.
  • Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
    • Promote a culture of safety on-site, conducting regular inspections and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
  • Financial Management:
    • Monitor project budgets and control costs to ensure financial targets are met.
    • Approve project-related invoices and manage change orders efficiently.

Job Offer

  • Salary:
    • 2-4 years of
      Experience: $70K-$100K
    • 5-10 years of
      Experience: $100K-$125K
    • 10
      years of
      Experience: $125K-$175K+
  • Bonuses and Profit Sharing: Generous end-of-year reviews with bonuses and a profit-sharing program paid out in a lump sum.
  • Retirement: 401K offered after 90 days (no match).
