YOUR ROLE
Perform administrative duties related to compliance issues in a station operations environment. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Perform "twenty-day" station audits and internal audits; and prepares and submits CAR's.
  • Function as station timekeeper for reporting, tracking and processing payroll.
  • Coordinate and maintain training records.
  • Perform collections related functions.
  • Investigate and resolve billing and customer invoicing discrepancies.
  • Print statements and invoices, run reports, research rate disputes, process invoice reprints and audit House Air Waybills and Bills Of Lading.
  • Investigate and resolve past due accounts payable and receivable bills; and tracks and follows-up to ensure bills/payments are received and timely processed.
  • Enter accounts payable entries into system.
  • Set up and processes new vendors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using units of U.S. currency, weight, volume and distance measurements.
  • PC literate. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software.
  • Accurate typing skills and/or data entry skills.
  • Capable of communicating and interacting effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds and ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees and vendors.
  • Responds promptly and professionally to customer needs and solicits customer feedback to improve performance.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine correspondence.
  • Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully.
  • Balances team and individual responsibilities, exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views.
  • Consistently at work and on time.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

Minimum:

  • High School Degree or GED.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years related experience.

Preferred:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
  • Minimum one year industry experience.
