Amazon is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Operations Manager to lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge tools aimed at enhancing the productivity and outcomes of our global sales and account management teams.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and effectiveness, enabling our teams to focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop and implement world-class tools and processes to streamline sales and account management operations on a global scale.
  • Own the end-to-end rollout of new productivity tools, ensuring seamless integration and adoption by sales and account management teams worldwide.
  • Establish closed feedback loops to gather insights and feedback from teams, leveraging this information to continuously improve and refine tools and processes.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization within sales and account management operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business and internal teams, including technology, product, and analytics, to drive alignment and execution of operational initiatives.
  • Drive operational excellence by deep diving into chronic problem areas, identifying root causes, and implementing scalable solutions.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 7+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
  • Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fastpaced, ambiguous environment and drive results under tightdeadlines.
