Spherion Staffing is interviewing candidates for a Temporary Front Office position.
In this role, you will support the Company's front desk to deliver customer service to guests, vendors, employees and other stakeholders. Interested candidates need to have at least 5 years of related experience in fast paced construction environment.

Pay $19-20/hour DOE
Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-5pm, Fridays 7:30am-11:30am

Responsibilities:
-Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary
-Welcome and direct visitors and clients
-Perform clerical duties like mail and filing
-Respond to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
-Perform other related duties as assigned

Working hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Five years of related experience in fast paced construction environment preferred
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new programs

-Team oriented person who can focus on the details
-Professional attitude when dealing with internal and external customers
