CastorDoc is a AI Data Intelligence Platform. It helps companies leverage data at scale. We help people find, understand and use data, regardless of their skillset. Our product is plug-and-play, automated, and collaborative. It makes the painful documentation task, feel like a breeze.

Created in 2020, by four data lovers who experienced firsthand the pain of exploring data, Castor is already running in leading unicorns such as Canva, Deliveroo, RentTheRunway, BackMarket, Gorgias, Stuart, ManoMano, Vestiaire Collective, or Sendinblue.

We have a bold vision to improve our product. To support it, we raised a $23.5m Series A round from Blossom, Frst and accomplished Business Angels (founders of Dataiku, Zenly, Vestiaire Collective, etc).

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join the Business Development Team, in New York.

Role expectations:

  • Develop creative strategies to target decision-makers and overcome objections in order to
  • Book sales appointments and grow our revenue
  • Identify and qualify leads/sales opportunities from marketing campaigns
  • Drive sales growth and pipeline hand in hand with Account Executives
  • Research prospects and identify stakeholders in order to generate interest and start a conversation
  • Follow a prescribed sales outreach cadence for maximum effectiveness
  • Achieve established activity targets for number of outbound calls / hours spent conducting calls to meet or exceed sales lead quotas
  • Learn, learn & learn from the best. You'll be surrounded by top performers from the best companies in the world.

  • You have previous experience in using outbound sales software (not obligatory, but preferred)
  • You have previous experience in a SaaS company (not obligatory, but a big plus)
