About the Job

At 10G the Business Development Representative Representative is tasked with identifying and generating sales opportunities through multi channel (Email, Linkedin, Phone) outbound activities on behalf of our client roster. The right candidate will be one who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, easily initiates relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations with prospects, and is highly self-motivated. The right candidate will also understand how to assess a company's needs and cater the outreach to each prospect specifically. You will be typically managing a roster of four to six clients and handling their outbound upper funnel activity.

  1. Create and write copy for multi sequenced outbound campaigns on behalf of several clients
  2. Be responsible for educating and developing prospects leading to qualified meetings for our clients
  3. Create target prospects lists and penetrate key markets
  4. Cold call into prospects generated by variety of outside sources
  5. Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle
  6. Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle
  7. Set appointments for our clients when a lead reaches a qualified stage
  8. Work with our clients to understand their business and their ICP
  9. Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars, set meetings for conferences for our clients
  10. Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application

About You

This position requires an ambitious self-starter and someone that can effectively process multiple accounts and identify qualified leads and opportunities. Relationship selling skills, with the ability to manage sales calls at varying levels of customer accounts, are essential.

  1. 1+ year of successful experience in B2B selling
  2. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
  3. Demonstrated success in prospecting [redacted]
  4. Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
  5. High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company
  6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  7. Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  8. Experience with CRM applications preferred
  9. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
