Contracts Coordinator

The Contracts Coordinator serves as an integral contributor working cross-functionally in the Contract Lifecycle Management team. This role is responsible for executing and implementing contract language in the Revenue Management System and fostering partnerships with stakeholders. The Contracts Coordinator is entrusted with the stewardship of information shared between contracting and distribution partners. Timely and accurate communication of this information is essential for compliance with the terms and conditions of agreements, ensuring eligible customers access to contract pricing. This position reports to the Manager, Contract Lifecycle Management.
Hard Skills- Strong knowledge of SAP & Revenue Management System (e.g., Vistex, Model N)
- Ability to understand and translate contract terms to facilitate implementation into systems
- Knowledge of financial processes including chargebacks, rebates, and admin fees
- Generic Pharma Experience
- SAP/Model N
- Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities
- History of self-motivation
- Sound judgment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work SiteThis is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey and some days remote.
Work EnvironmentThis position involves working closely with both internal and external teams to resolve and respond to inquiries related to pricing, rebates, and eligibility. The Contracts Coordinator supports the manager in audit functions and provides ad hoc analytics as requested.
