Job Description
The Assistant Front Office will support CityWalk Operations consisting of CityWalk Tenant Management, CityWalk Owned and Operated Food Operations, CityWalk Technical Services, CityWalk Services, CityWalk Events, Parking Operations and CityWalk Field Operations.
Provide daily team member support in CityWalk Field Operations with uniform distribution and uniform inventory using the Invotech database. Process nametag requests, coordinate laundry service, maintain organization of uniform pieces, inspect uniforms for damage and arrange repairs, and communicate with vendors, as needed. Conduct frequent inspections for cleanliness and safety hazards ensuring a presentable and inviting reception area.
Responsible for accurate emergency and crisis communication and response.
Receive, track, and communicate CityWalk Owned and Operated team member attendance, such as sick, late or no-show occurrences for 10 food venues.
Support over 50 CityWalk tenants, including all retail, food and specialty venues with ID and property clearance.
Process cash or credit card parking refunds by operating a cash register.
Communicate frequently with other departments and property venues, such as Universal Studios Hollywood, hotels, security, parking, janitorial and maintenance.
Demonstrate 'Best in Class' guest service with every interaction, by accommodating guests' needs with urgency and elevating special needs to a manager in a timely manner.

Basic Requirements:
Minimum 1-year experience working in an urban entertainment center, shopping mall, or theme park environment.
Demonstrate excellent guest service and phone etiquette.
Must be available to work weekends, holidays, late nights, and occasional overtime.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, SharePoint, Invotech).
Desired Characteristics:
Multi-task in a fast-paced environment using resources effectively and efficiently with limited to no supervision.
Ability to work independently, identify and communicate solutions to problems, maintain a strong focus on business priorities and be persistent in follow-through.
Must be able to take control, remain calm, and delegate needs in emergency situations.
Must work well with others and promote teamwork.
Additional Requirements:
Required On-Site : This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
