Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Thermoforming Machine Operator to join our team at our facility in Santa Fe Springs, CA. As a Thermoforming Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining thermoforming machines to produce high-quality plastic products. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with thermoforming experience and a passion for machine operation.
Responsibilities
Operate thermoforming machines to produce plastic products according to specifications and quality standards
Perform machine setups for production runs, including adjusting machine settings, installing molds, and loading materials
Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth production flow and identify any issues or malfunctions
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns
Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments to machine settings to meet specifications
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines

Qualifications
2+ years of experience as Machine Operator in the plastics manufacturing industry
2+ years operating thermoforming machines
Strong knowledge of thermoforming processes and techniques
Ability to perform machine setups for production runs
Demonstrated abilities as a team player, good coorperation, and communication skills
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials when required

You should be proficient in:
Machine Setups for Production Runs
Thermoforming Experience
