Our Financial Advisors work closely with branch personnel to identify client needs and offer tailored financial solutions to meet their short and long-term objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Meet personal production goals and customer service targets for assigned branches and client portfolios.
  • Utilize available tools to develop a comprehensive financial plan that considers all assets, objectives, timeframe, and risk tolerance.
  • Offer investment and insurance options based on thorough financial planning that encompasses assets, goals, timeframe, and risk tolerance.
  • Regularly guide branch staff across all locations to effectively understand client goals and provide suitable solutions.
  • Provide continuous training and sales assistance to branches to ensure a superior customer experience.
  • Collaborate with various business units (such as Mortgage, Business Banking, Private Bank, etc.) to deliver optimal solutions to clients.
  • Perform any other assigned duties.
Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in investment sales
  • Series 7, 63, 65/66, and Life and Health Licenses
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in investment-related roles
  • Experience in coaching, motivating, and developing team members
  • Proven track record of surpassing expectations, goals, and targets
  • Strong communication skills with clients, meticulous paperwork handling, and dedication to exceptional service
