Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently operate on the teller line, accurately processing member transactions.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance member satisfaction.

  • Assist members with new account openings, existing account inquiries, and necessary account maintenance.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and a patient approach. We are looking for an organized self-starter with a knack for problem-solving and adaptability. Excellent communication skills are essential. A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least two years of consistent sales experience. Experience in a financial institution and familiarity with deposit products is preferred.
