Join our dedicated Financial Services team that provides support to clients, plan sponsors, and brokers with account management and responds to inquiries related to retirement planning.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle a significant volume of incoming calls from clients, plan sponsors, and brokers regarding Financial Services and retirement options; provide guidance on plan choices and update account details.

· Understand and implement updates and improvements to both new and existing products.

· Promote a diverse range of products to help achieve overall business objectives.

· Analyze client needs to provide tailored solutions and uncover additional requirements.

· Keep a detailed record of client interactions to enhance service delivery.

· Leverage digital tools and social platforms to improve the experience for clients and financial advisors.

· Adhere to all compliance regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

· Strong sales aptitude with a passion for customer interaction and support.

· Experience in financial services is advantageous but not mandatory.

· A positive, engaged, and humble demeanor.

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficient in using computers and standard office applications.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, Economics, or Communications is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service roles within banking, financial services, retail, sales, or hospitality.

A SERIES 6 LICENSE will be required in the future.
