Job Summary
Service

Controls
  • Assist in set up of all suite areas during set up days
  • Participate in all pre-shifts, mandatory meetings, and trainings.
  • Responsible for collecting all the required paperwork, radios and keys.
  • Ensure all pantries are unlocked and organized prior to the start of an event.
  • Adhere to Safety and Sanitation standards
  • QR Code Sanitation checklist/Line check
  • Monitors food temperatures and ensuring temperatures are taken, recorded and within acceptable ranges; notifies cooks if food temperatures are not within acceptable limits.
  • One hour prior to doors, do a suite-walk and verify all suites with preorders are set to Levy Standards.
  • Alert kitchen and manager if items are missing
  • Responsible for keeping union staff on task
  • Responsible that union staff adhere Levy Meal Break & Rest Break Policy
  • If needed, assist the pantry coordinators with expediting items and assigning runners to complete orders.
  • Observe guest reactions and resolve guest concerns whenever possible or alert manager for resolution
  • Responsible for checking on each suite in assigned section a minimum of two times during the event
  • Communicate with suite attendants whenever a suite needs service.
  • Keep managers informed of union employee issues.
  • In charge of collecting the completed suite attendants' paperwork at the end of an event.
  • Responsible for completing inventory, event paperwork, and recap event notes.
  • Checking and signing off on suite attendant suite holder inventories
  • Fill out inventory sheets for each designated location after each event
  • Accountable for walking all suites at the end of an event and making sure the staff has followed the proper closing and cleaning procedures.
  • Chafers are clean, cabinets are not overstocked and stocked to par levels, beverages are organized, all food surfaces and refrigerators are wiped, all equipment put away
  • Responsible for making sure the pantries are clean, sanitized, organized and locked at the end of the night
  • Ensure that all dry storages and walk in coolers are locked at the end of the night.
  • Return all keys and paperwork and check out with manager before leaving.
  • Monitors food temperatures and ensuring temperatures are taken, recorded and within acceptable ranges; notifies cooks if food temperatures are not within acceptable limits.
  • Adheres to Levy Meal Break & Rest Break Policy
  • Time clock Compliance
  • Follows proper safety and sanitation protocols
  • Adheres to Levy Responsible Alcohol Service Policy

Job Requirements
  • Minimum of one year leadership experience.
  • All Events mandatory
  • Set up days availability required
  • Walks and stands during entire shift
  • Lifts and transports items up to 20 lbs.
  • Effective communication with co-workers and guests
  • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching and lifting
  • Hazards may include, but are not limited to, cuts, slipping, tripping, falls and burns
  • English reading and writing required
  • Must be 21 or older
  • Must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers permit where required by state law.
