QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of two years managing a team of up to 40 individuals in business or food service management

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the brand
  • Skilled in all Front of House (FOH) & Back of House (BOH) roles
  • Ensure cleanliness standards are met in both FOH & BOH
  • Accountable for Same Store Sales growth
  • Monitor line speed through transaction time metrics
  • Act as the primary contact for all customer service issues and manage overall customer feedback
  • Ensure quality food preparation adheres to established procedures and standards
  • Facilitate and lead weekly meetings with Manager in Training, Off-Premise Coordinator, and Certified Trainer
  • Review and adjust weekly employee schedules
  • Complete weekly reports, including self-assessments, staffing guides, online orders, inventory, etc.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the company culture
  • Comply with all health, safety, sanitation, and security standards while maintaining a professional appearance
  • Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This position requires individuals to see, hear, and communicate effectively. Responsibilities include ascending and descending stairs, sitting and standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, and kneeling. Employees may need to work outdoors in various weather conditions and may be required to use a computer for prolonged periods, including viewing screens and using a keyboard. Travel for business purposes may be necessary. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential. Employees must report to work in a responsive state, free from sedatives, and disclose any medications that may impair job performance. Regular stressors are inherent in this role.
