Responsibilities

  • Complete and distribute run of show for all necessary departments and touring agencies
  • Have a detailed understanding of deal structure and the settlement process
  • Facilitate proper interdepartmental communication and organization for all production related operations
  • Organize and manage digital filing and reporting systems as well as riders and all pertinent performance information
  • Advance technical and hospitality details for shows/events along with the Production Manager and F&B managers
  • Assist and support box office staff in any of their job functions, as needed
  • Assist manager on reconciliation & accounting of all ticket sales for each ticketed event and daily Box Office Sales.
  • Create and maintain systems to track the booking and forward planning of events so that deadlines and budgets are met
  • Programming Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all hospitality needs for artists within all venues for visiting artists and crews
  • This position will facilitate all hospitality requests, schedule meals, catering, maintain the cleanliness of the dressing room area, make sure all amenities are stocked, and provide all needs for day of show
  • Responsible for shopping for all rider items and organizing items efficiently for distribution throughout the show
  • Responsible for the set-up, stocking, and cleanliness of the green rooms before and after performances
  • Responsible for assisting in correspondence on behalf of the venue
  • Review artist's contract to ensure compliance with venue requirements
  • Manage inventory of all purchased and provided items for riders and facilitate the monthly reporting for all items to upper management
  • Provide production & food and beverage with proper documents to enable catering costs to be calculated
  • Work box office operations when necessary, including facilitating the sale of tickets, scanning tickets during high volume shows, and assisting with the build of ticketing links for upcoming performances
  • Attends production and operations meeting as outlined by supervisor
  • Assist with invoicing, correspondence with performers, and maintain performer schedules
  • Assist with the marketing elements of upcoming shows including posting ads, curating announcements, and other needs of the talent buyer.
  • Responsible for administrative duties based on the needs of the box office and programming

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years high volume experience in restaurant operations or venue operations
  • Skill in guest relations
  • Alcohol knowledge
  • Strong time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong intrapersonal skills with an outgoing, friendly personality

Preferred:

  • Point of Sales knowledge, preferably Toast
  • Ticketing system knowledge such as AXS, Eventbrite
  • Experience with social media platforms such as Instagram and Sprout
  • Microsoft Word & Excel Knowledge
