Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Production: Coordinate and oversee production operations to meet business commitments.
  • Supervise Production Staff: Supervise and direct production staff; puts worker safety as top priority.

  • Organize Resources: Organize raw material and labor to meet business commitments.
  • Implement Quality Control: Implements, monitors and reports on key manufacturing metrics.

Requirements
  • Education: High school degree required; bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of previous leadership role in a production environment.

  • Collaboration: Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with many departments and with a high degree of collaboration.
  • Production Knowledge: Knowledge of various production operations.
