Role Overview
Wonderlic is seeking a versatile Growth Marketing Specialist with a strong analytical background to join our dynamic marketing team. This role requires an individual who can leverage data to drive marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and enhance our digital presence. This role will cover a broad range of responsibilities, including marketing automation, lead nurturing, marketing operations, newsletter management, and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with our current tech stack and bring additional skills in data analysis, SEO, and content marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development and Execution
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.
- Create and implement email campaigns, generate email copy, manage lists, and support transactional emails.
- Build and manage diverse marketing campaigns, conducting A/B tests, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Create and manage sales engagement campaigns and collaborate with Revenue Ops to ensure results.
- Manage and optimize social media presence by regularly posting updates and engaging on social media, building around Wonderlic thought leaders.
- Manage nurture campaigns for lost leads and opportunities, including reviewing copy and updating rules based on data analysis.
- Manage newsletter, including ensuring lists are current, main feature copy and images are created, updating product features, and building UTM links for tracking.
- Write compelling and engaging email content that drives action and supports campaign objectives.
- Develop and manage content for various channels, including blog posts, social media, and other marketing materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with brand and SEO guidelines.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Build reports and provide actionable insights from data analysis.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize accordingly.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and conduct market research to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Review and update lead scoring rules.
- Platform and Technology Optimization
- Manage product information and campaigns on platforms including G2 and Capterra, demonstrating proficiency with key technologies
- Optimize Pardot and Salesforce for accurate campaign tracking and streamlined process management
- Leverage technology to identify growth opportunities throughout the lead and customer journey.
- Enhance the buying journey by using technology to streamline and optimize the process.
- Collaboration and Cross-functional Communication
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments including Product, Applied Science, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Recommended Skills:
- Data Analysis: Experience with Google Analytics, SQL, and data visualization tools to measure and optimize marketing efforts.
- Content Marketing: Ability to create and manage content that drives engagement and conversions, with a particular focus on email marketing.
- SEO: Knowledge of SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and traffic.

Compensation:
- $65,000 to $85,000 annually based on experience and expertise.
