Position Overview:

A healthcare organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic internal medicine physician to become part of a collaborative, nonprofit outpatient practice. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of experience, demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based medical practices, and be adept at treating adult patients. The starting base salary is $260,000, complemented by a production incentive.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Valid CA medical license as an MD or DO
  • Completion of an accredited residency program
  • Board certification in primary care
  • CA DEA certificate prior to the commencement date
  • Current CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct primary care and outpatient services to clinic patients
  • Contribute to the formulation of clinic protocols and procedures to guarantee high-quality medical care
  • Engage in utilization and peer review programs to assess the quality of medical staff and services provided at the clinics
  • Offer supervision and consultation to physician assistants and nurse practitioners
