We are looking for a highly skilled Revenue Operations Specialist who will assume responsibility for reconciling, calculating, and working to ensure prompt and accurate commission payments to the 150+ sales team members. As an integral member of the team, you will interface daily with other operational teams to navigate and execute your tasks.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Calculate commission payments to agents using Excel and the proprietary company software LENS
  • Enter all additional deductions and adjustments to plans and process rate changes when necessary
  • Ensure all commission calculations are correct and compliant with the policy
  • Provide support to sales in response to inquiries regarding commission payouts, deductions, and commission calculations
  • Help ensure visibility and transparency into the team's achievements against their plans
  • Navigate company systems to validate the accuracy of commission calculations and records
  • Assistance with process improvement and future software evaluation
  • Assistance with other data-centered activities - monthly data audits, sales reporting needs
  • Complete ad hoc reporting, metrics, and analytics

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 5+ years of experience in an operational and data-centered role
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Proficient in Excel & Salesforce reporting
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to organize and summarize large volumes of data in Excel (Pivots, Vlookups, Basic formula functions)

This role is designed to be hybrid and requires reasonable proximity to our Charlotte, NC headquarters. Only candidates local to Charlotte, NC will be reviewed for consideration.You can expect to work primarily in an office setting.
