The Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships will play a crucial role in developing and managing key relationships with strategic partners. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, capable of creating and executing both short-term and long-term joint roadmaps that align with company goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth through collaboration, managing contracts, and ensuring mutual benefit in all partnerships.

In this role you will:

Identify, develop, and manage relationships with strategic partners in the wireless industry.
Collaborate with partners to create and execute joint roadmaps aligning with business objectives.
Drive growth through strategic partnerships by identifying new opportunities.
Oversee joint projects, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment.
Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Develop performance metrics and report on partnership outcomes to senior leadership.

As a successful Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships, you will have:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a related role in the wireless industry

Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic partnerships
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Proficiency in project management tools and software

Compensation: $110,110.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
