With a focus on the manufacturing sector, this position is responsible for cultivating strong relationships with business stakeholders, utilizing a deep understanding of industry-specific processes.

Bringing extensive experience in executing large-scale transformation initiatives, stabilizing production, and delivering ongoing support, this individual contributes significantly to operational excellence and value-driven outcomes.

The Senior Manager will oversee technical projects aimed at optimizing, automating, and scaling business applications while acting as a thought leader in assessing and implementing enterprise-level technology platforms.

Expertise in standardization and change management practices is essential, as the Senior Manager will drive adaptability and foster positive transformations within the organization.

This role merges strategic vision with practical experience, playing a vital part in the success of business initiatives across a diverse array of manufacturing environments.

The Senior Manager will also lead and mentor the Business Applications team, engage with executive stakeholders, and promote significant improvements through agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with application, infrastructure, integration, and platform teams to ensure solutions align with target architecture and meet business objectives efficiently.
  • Build and nurture a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and training, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
  • Make informed staffing decisions based on business requirements and individual performance metrics.
  • Work with both internal and external teams to ensure effective support and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Assist in the ongoing development of organization-wide systems standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business partners, managing escalations and providing exceptional service to support production operations.
  • Communicate overarching strategies to business and IT stakeholders at all levels to achieve alignment with target architecture and roadmaps.
  • Facilitate workshops, forums, and interviews to assess status, develop solutions, and visualize implementation of various business challenges.
  • Stay informed about technology trends and their practical applications to enable evolving business and operational models.
  • Lead architecture and technical activities related to ERP and MES assessments, defining the technology vision and strategy for current and future products.
Qualifications

Requirements:
  • B.S. in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in ERP solutions (e.g., Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, Workday).
  • 7+ years of experience in leadership and team management.
  • Experience with MES solutions (e.g., Siemens, Plex, Infor for Manufacturing) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple deliverables.
  • Proficient in planning, organizing, prioritizing, executing, and delegating tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and respond to inquiries.
  • Experience engaging with CxOs and key decision-makers in their Finance and Digital transformation journeys.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and regulatory issues (e.g., SOX, PCI) is advantageous.
