This individual possesses a wealth of experience in executing large-scale transformation initiatives, stabilizing production environments, and delivering ongoing support, thus driving operational excellence and value-oriented outcomes.

The Senior Manager will oversee technical projects aimed at optimizing, automating, and scaling business applications while serving as a thought leader in programs that evaluate and implement enterprise-level technology platforms.

Expertise in standardization and change management practices is essential, as the Senior Manager will play a key role in promoting adaptability and facilitating positive organizational transformations.

This position merges strategic foresight with practical experience, contributing significantly to the success of business initiatives across a multifaceted landscape of diverse manufacturing settings.

The Senior Manager will also be tasked with leading and mentoring the Business Applications team, engaging with executive stakeholders, and driving impactful improvements through an agile development framework.

Responsibilities

  • Experienced Senior Leader: Collaborate with application, infrastructure, integration, and platform teams to ensure solutions align with target architecture and meet business objectives effectively.
  • Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and training, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Staffing Decisions: Make informed staffing choices based on business requirements and individual performance metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work with both internal and external teams to ensure effective support and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Standards Development: Assist in the ongoing creation of organization-wide systems standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Trusted Advisor: Serve as a reliable advisor to business partners, addressing escalations from business and production teams while delivering high-quality service.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate the overarching vision to business and IT stakeholders at all levels to achieve alignment with target architecture and roadmap.
  • Facilitation: Organize and facilitate workshops, forums, interviews, and other business interactions, utilizing familiar tools and techniques for status assessments and solution implementation.
  • Technology Trends: Stay informed about technology trends and their practical applications to enable evolving business and operational models.
  • Program Management: Lead architecture and technical activities for ERP and MES assessments, defining the technology vision and strategy for current and future products.
Qualifications

Requirements:
  • B.S. in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in ERP solutions (e.g., Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, Workday).
  • 7+ years of experience in leadership and team management.
  • Experience with MES solutions (e.g., Siemens, Plex, Infor for Manufacturing) is a plus.
  • Elementary proficiency in English communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and personal productivity skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Experience engaging with CxOs and key decision-makers in finance and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
