Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership for the Systems Engineering function

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • Over 15 years of experience in product development
  • Proficient in Systems Engineering methodologies and tools
  • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience with requirements management and Agile methodologies
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication abilities
  • Capability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience in an AS9100 certified environment
  • Willingness to travel as necessary

Preferred Skills:

  • More than 10 years in aerospace engineering
  • Advanced degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Expertise in the space industry with interdisciplinary knowledge
  • Familiarity with safe handling protocols for flight hardware
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Project applications

Compensation: Salary range is $174,000 - $215,000
