The North America Senior Commercialization Manager - Technical will be responsible for managing all data initiation through validation and specs for New Products, Updates, Renovations, Supply Chain initiatives, Regulatory initiatives, Business Continuity and CCI Projects within North America for Consumer, NA Food Away from Home and PepsiCo. This includes all ECC data, S4 data and all corresponding interim processes. This individual will initiate and manage the data set up working with cross functional partners as needed to ensure key data project milestones are met.

This position will also be responsible for leading the Commercialization Data Technical Team providing support as needed. The successful candidate will partner with GDA and cross functional resources on issue resolution / process improvements and will be the Commercial primary contact for SAP implementation. This role will need to demonstrate effective communication with PMO Project Managers, Project Champions and the rest of Data Team to ensure success within each project and data team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Initiate & manage data creation and maintenance within multiple systems for set up of New Products, Intermediate Finished Goods, Packaging code requests, Cancel Supersedes, & MMDCR's. Systems today include:
    • S4 / ECC
    • Lotus Notes
    • Cloud Coach
    • Step
  • Partner with internal and global cross functional partners to complete data set up and validations to meet project milestones
  • Populate all pertinent master data for each project within assigned master tracker.
  • Develop root cause and corrective actions of recurring product, process and service issues.
  • Develop process improvements for data integrity as we work with cross functional teams.
  • Work with internal teams to improve service levels.
  • Manage the NA Commercialization Technical Team to set and ensure OGSMs are met, providing guidance through mentoring and leadership instruction as well as supporting HR requirements for the team. Manage work loads across team to ensure equal coverage.
  • Report out data analytics, issues, and gap resolutions.
  • Primary Contact for SAP – S4 implementation as it rolls out to US.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply chain, Finance, Marketing and related discipline
  • 7+ years broad based Marketing, Supply Chain, Commercialization, Global Data or relevant experience required.
  • 2+ years leading and developing dynamic work teams.
  • Ability to lead, collaborate and motivate one's own team and cross functional teams, under ambiguous and fast-moving conditions.
  • SAP experience required. Both ECC and S4 preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and foresee and address issues before they become significant obstacles. Ability to work under aggressive deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate complex issues and conduct root cause analysis to resolve problems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to present and sell ideas to others. Ability to influence outcomes.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excels in communication (both verbal and written) that is timely, concise, transparent, accurate, and clear.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft 365 platform
