II ‐ Role Responsibilities

The Client Relationship Specialist plays a vital role at Aquilance, LLC. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Bill Payment – managing, categorizing, and ensuring accuracy in all client billing processes.
  • Bookkeeping – meticulously recording all transactions related to client families.
  • Client Relationship Management – maintaining effective communication with clients and their family members.
  • Reporting – delivering monthly financial summaries to clients.

The individual will be tasked with delivering essential services to clients as outlined above. This position will promote a culture of ongoing enhancement, concentrating on a sustainable service model. The Client Relationship Specialist will act as the primary contact for client interactions and facilitate communication between internal teams and clients. The main objective is to provide outstanding client service while fostering collaboration within the firm.

IV ‐ Key Competencies and Experience

  • Preferably, 2-5+ years of experience in a client relationship role catering to the UHNW client segment.
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in business, economics, finance, accounting, or related disciplines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

VI ‐ Compensation Package

The compensation will consist of a fixed salary complemented by a performance-based bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
