Position Summary:

Swiftly is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Ad Operations Specialist. This role is pivotal in overseeing daily trafficking, ensuring exemplary quality assurance, expanding media buying initiatives, and validating ad deliveries across diverse client apps and websites. Swiftly is not just building an ad platform; it's shaping the future of customized retail advertising, offering an unmatched blend of innovation and effectiveness.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee daily trafficking, ensuring exemplary quality assurance, and validate ad deliveries across diverse client apps and websites
  • Expand our media buying initiatives beyond just trafficking. Introduce and document best practices to maintain margins while ensuring optimal outcomes, launch and oversee programs to manage 3rd party ad delivery, and introduce new ad formats like native ads, video (both OTT and inline), and Rich Media
  • Administer user segments and employ tools such as LiveRamp to implement custom audiences
  • Effectively manage ad campaigns on social platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest
  • Expertly traffic video content into both inline and OTT platforms
  • Provide subject matter expertise across several technologies, like third-party ad serving, universal link management, digital out-of-home (DOOH) programs, and landing page creation using a CMS
  • Monitor and resolve discrepancies, both between 3rd party tracking and within our own ad serving infrastructure
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build, document, and refine our operational workflows
  • Remain agile and proactive, catering to evolving client needs while maintaining the highest standard of execution
  • Other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in Ad Operations or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing, or advertising
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with ad servers, notably GAM, Xandr, and other leading platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile apps coupled with foundational expertise in CSS, JavaScript, and basic HTML
  • Mastery over tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and proficiency in CMS for landing page creation
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Prior experience in managing media on social platforms, trafficking video, 3rd party tag integration, and QAing engineering outputs
  • Demonstrated experience in managing discrepancies, universal link management, and DOOH
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to work in a quickly-changing start-up environment
  • Ability to prioritize and focus oneself and the team with strict attention to detail
