Our Ad Strategist will work directly with Area Directors, their clients, and our N2 Design team to strategize ad designs and manage the ad deadline process for all publications assigned to them. They should be able to work with multiple deadlines and publications simultaneously. As this is a 100% remote, work-from-home position, the right fit for this role would describe themselves as self-motivated with a growth-mindset, with a drive to be both efficient and creative.

Interviews for this opening will be conducted over the phone and via video calls. The starting salary range for this role is $43, ,000 DOE.

In a Typical Day, You'll:

  • Strategize and act as the point of contact for ad designs for new and existing clients.
  • Act as the communication hub for all things within the ad strategy process.
  • Track and maintain all client information in our systems.
  • Manage ad submissions, editing and approving them in our Pub Manager system, and meet all deadlines.
  • Maintain positive relationships with ADs following the program specifications.

  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service and communication skills with thorough follow-up.
  • Have the ability to work and collaborate with other team members and leaders.
  • Engage with and have the ability to build relationships with anyone across the U.S.
  • Be comfortable speaking to clients and Area Directors and dealing with their concerns via Zoom / video, phone calls, and email.
  • Respond to clients and Area Directors in a timely manner.
  • Be proficient in managing emails.
  • Have solid familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, as well as familiarity with Google Workspace, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar.
  • Have the ability to learn / operate within The N2 Company's internal software systems.
  • Be a self-motivated self-starter.
