Marketing Support Specialist Position Overview:

As a Marketing Support Specialist at Brown Brothers Harriman, you will be an essential part of a global marketing team, supporting various marketing initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities include assisting senior marketing leaders, managing projects, coordinating workflows, and ensuring compliance across different marketing channels. This role offers exposure to senior leadership, mentorship opportunities, and a chance to develop your career within the marketing field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Managing Director of Marketing
  • Act as the main contact for work allocation globally
  • Manage new hire onboarding and training
  • Coordinate Creative Services workflows and client interactions
  • Ensure alignment and tracking of workflows
  • Document best practices for compliance submissions
  • Support global marketing team with event logistics and material distribution
  • Manage publication of marketing materials and templates
  • Maintain departmental records and compliance processes
  • Provide event planning support as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in financial services industry preferred
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
  • Team player with strong relationship-building skills
