Oversee a broad range of student academic services including registration functions (such as maintenance of student academic records, course scheduling, production of the academic bulletin, graduation, and registration aspects of advising and orientation) and financial aid functions (management of financial aid budget, financial aid reconciliation, and student debt monitoring). Act as a member of the senior administrative leadership team for the school, serving on a number of school committees and as the STH representative on various university-level steering committees and working groups. Work closely with the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs on matters related to academic and financial aid policy, assessment, and curriculum updates. Serve as a point of contact for current international students at STH, advising them on matters related to curriculum, registration, and academic adjustment, and referring them to other offices and resources as appropriate. Supervise the cross-registration process each semester for students involved in the Boston Theological Institute, a consortium of local religious institutions of higher education. Produce and analyze statistics on student data, enrollment, and retention for reporting purposes, and partner with programmers in the creation and upkeep of the Degree Progress system.

Required Skills

B.A./B.S. required, Masters preferred. Three to five years experience.
