Our Impact:

We are the first line of defense team for Investments & Capital Markets (I&CM). We support our division on all matters and activities related to Data Governance and Management.

Your Impact:
  • Supporting the Day-to-day execution of I&CM data governance framework, with a focus on improvement of data quality, issue management and the protection of sensitive data through proper procedures and controls
  • Analyzing risks related to data, update key indicators and produce monthly risk governance reports and materials for Risk Committees
  • Contributing to the remediation and monitoring of data issues
  • Supporting the development, improvement and streamlining of divisional procedures and job aides
  • Supporting the business in assessing information risks, developing relevant controls and responding to internal audits and regulatory exams
  • Innovating to improve and streamline divisional procedures and job aides
  • Supporting our data change management processes in partnership with our Business Technology Office
  • Collaborating with various partners in within I&CM and other parts of the organization on data management and governance related matter
  • Updating the Collibra data governance tool including metadata and workflows
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Financial services experience is a plus
