- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong background in big data technologies.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable data platforms that meet business needs.
- Experience with leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers.
- Strong understanding of data science concepts and ability to collaborate with data scientists.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience with public cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of distributed data and computing tools, including Spark, Databricks, Hadoop, and Kafka.
- Experience with real-time data and streaming applications.
- Understanding of NoSQL databases and data warehousing concepts.
- Agile engineering practices and experience with Palantir Foundry.
