Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with government customers and IT developers to establish governance best practices and ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Develop and implement data governance strategies to support business objectives and drive organizational change.
  • Provide expert guidance on data science and data analytics to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend necessary improvements to achieve the customer's vision.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph is required.
  • Bachelor's degree and fourteen (14) years or more of related experience; Master's degree and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience.
  • 5+ years' experience within an IC Agency, preferably ODNI.
  • 5 plus years of experience in data governance and policy.
  • Experience with data analytics or data management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in Stakeholder Management.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced mission environment which requires balancing competing priorities and schedules.
