Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision and coaching to a team of Care Coordinators and Family Partners
  • Work with program leadership to enhance clinical practices and promote professional development among staff members.
  • Facilitate team meetings, trainings and workshops to promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
  • Support program evaluation efforts and participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure effective treatment outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with program leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Qualifications of a Clinical Supervisor
  • Independent Licensure and a Master's degree in a mental health-related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong knowledge of community based programming, trauma-informed care and behavioral health interventions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Commitment to cultural competence and diversity in service delivery
