The Corrections Transition Programs (CTP) represent a comprehensive statewide network of clinical reentry management services aimed at enhancing successful reentry outcomes. CTP offers specialized case management services designed to assist individuals in preparing to reintegrate into their families and communities following incarceration. Our work spans both correctional facilities and community settings, providing essential reentry support that includes behavioral health referrals, public benefits enrollment, employment and housing resources, and assistance in obtaining state identification and vital records.
We are currently seeking a full-time Program Supervisor.
Compensation: Starting at $45,000, contingent upon experience and educational background.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct, plan, and coordinate the activities of staff, including supervision, evaluation, training, and team development within the assigned program.
- Oversee the daily operations of program management and office personnel assigned to the designated program.
- Establish work schedules for assigned staff and provide direct coverage as needed.
- Deliver direct services to clients when necessary.
- Coordinate and implement the provision of consistent and high-quality program services.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of program budgets and contractual obligations.
- Maintain program-related information and technology to enhance effectiveness and ensure compliance.
- Prepare, interpret, and present reports to the Administrator, external funding sources, and community partners within established timelines.
- Act as the primary liaison to the Administrator for program-related needs and operational matters.
- Provide guidance and support in addressing crisis situations involving clients.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in social work, psychology, criminal justice, or a related field.
- Master's degree from an accredited institution in social work, psychology, criminal justice, or a related field may be required based on contractual obligations.
- Individuals with criminal records and relevant lived experience are encouraged to apply and must be able to obtain security clearance.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the human services sector.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of management experience.
- Must successfully pass an IDOC background check.
- CADC certification within two years of employment with TASC may be required based on contractual obligations.
- Strong knowledge of current ASAM placement criteria, DSM-V related to substance-related disorders, and the Code of Ethics for substance abuse professionals, or the ability to acquire this knowledge.
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care models.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a professional team.

The agency currently offers hybrid work schedules that combine in-office and remote work. Employees are required to report to the work site three days per week with the option to work up to two days remotely.
