Job Summary: The Account Coordinator will be a key member within the Partnership Marketing team, helping bring to life the strategic partnerships we build. The role encompasses both successful and timely implementation of contractual elements, as well as developing strategy and pushing for growth for a robust book of business.

Position Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Understand each brand's business and the goals and objectives for their partnership with the Royals.Partner with client and internal teammates to develop effective integrated marketing campaigns to maximize the partnership value for the brand and team.Develop personal and business relationships with all levels of partner contacts (i.e., day to day contacts, Sr. Management, C level executives, owners, etc.) and manage partnership communications, including regular outreach, calls, meetings and presentations.Take lead in developing and managing a strategic plan for all renewal accounts.Further the renewal and partner growth efforts by fulfilling all elements within partnership deals.Create partnership campaigns that have an integrated marketing approach and consistently provide the brand with new marketing opportunities that will help their business and generate incremental revenue for the teams.Manage various projects or disciplines within the Corporate Partnerships department that will positively impact the entire team and their strategy for current and new partners. Such disciplines could include community impact projects, social media strategies, maximizing PR efforts, etc.Grow revenue for the organization by renewing and upselling their entire book of business.
Position Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degreeMinimum 1-2 years of professional experience in professional sports, brand or agency workPreferred experience in client management, partnership activation, brand strategy and salesShould bring a love of solving strategic business challenges with creative solutions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersAbility and passion to sell, be a creative marketer and problem solverMust be timely and have a flexible work schedule in order to deal effectively with special event responsibilities throughout the year: weekends, nights and holidays as dictated by events or requirementsThrive in a fast-paced workplace where managing multiple projects is critical to success
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift items weighing as much as 15 pounds Must be able to work in a seated position for majority of workdayMust be able to be productive utilizing a computer keyboard and telephoneMust be able to be productive in a work environment where the noise level can be high at timesSpecific vision abilities include close vision and ability to adjust focusMust be comfortable walking to navigate the facility to access the office, concourse, etc.Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as required by deadlines and event scheduling
