About the team
Our sales team supports the Insurance suite of solutions in North America. We serve the Life & Annuity, Property Casualty and Healthcare markets. Our award-winning solutions support actuarial modelling, financial reporting, data capture, workflow, and document repository.
What you will be doing
You will be leading the team that sells our solutions to new customers in the insurance industry in North America. You will drive go to market strategies for our solutions to help our business achieve revenue targets and communicate those strategies and results to senior management.
- Manage territory and quota assignments across the team
- Performance management for individual sales executives reporting to you
- Execute on strategies to engage with prospects and generate interest in our solutions
- Drive an efficient sales cycle across your team to deliver forecasted results
- Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure organizational alignment
What you bring:
- Minimum of 3 years of Sales Management experience to include managing a remote team.
- Prior experience selling technology to Insurance Carriers.
- Experience and successful at managing large complex sales cycles and quota at $10M+
- Strong communication and presentation skills with external and internal stakeholders
- Understanding of CRM tools and data analysis of sales metrics
- Ability to work effectively with industry partners

- Domain knowledge of actuarial functions within an insurance carrier
- Existing relationships within the North American consulting community for insurance
