Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target key customers for engagement using data and reporting.
  • Influence future customers through existing customer engagement and external review sites.
  • Support deal acceleration and scale the customer reference function through tools adoption.
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop integrated marketing journeys for top customer accounts.
  • Lead new projects to enhance the impact of customer marketing.
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create engaging presentations and facilitate customer participation in company events.
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of marketing experience, preferably in a customer marketing role in a B2B technology company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to analyze data to drive decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
