Job Title: Call Center Representative
Location: San Diego, CA
Contract Duration: 6 months with the potential to extend
Rate: $23-$24/HR
Expected shift: 830 am - 5 pm
Job Title:

  • Answering our Call Center incoming calls
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Appointment cancellations
  • Message intakes, in-basket management and direct booking
  • Top Three Skillsets needed: Strong customer service, communication written/oral, organized, and can prioritize and management patient care needs/requests
